  3.    Please note: you need to fill the registration form in the file
  4.    ORDER.FRM (or the one in your help file). Please NOTE that you
  5.    NEED to specify exactly what version of WCL you currently have,
  6.    otherwise your registration serial number may be invalid.

  8. There are 2 levels of registration:

  19.          [b] 10-19 users : standard fee, times users, with a 20% discount
  20.          [c] 20-29 users : standard fee, times users, with a 25% discount

  22.          [e] 40-49 users : standard fee, times users, with a 35% discount
  23.          [f] 50+ users   : standard fee, times users, with a 45% discount

  32. CREDIT CARD ORDERS

  34. Please note that of all these registration sites, the only ones which can
  35. process CREDIT CARD orders are;

  40. If you will not be registering on-line on Compuserve, please send all credit
  41. card orders to Todd Merriman.

  43. NOTE: If you want to send your credit card orders by e-mail, please put your 
  44. details (as per the registration form) in an ASCII file, and then run the 
  45. program TOTOOLZ.EXE on the file. This will encrypt the contents of the file. 
  46. You can then safely e-mail the (encrypted) output file (to Todd Merriman). 
  47. This precaution is to protect your credit card details from internet hackers.

  58. Please NOTE also that the correct fee (including taxes/duties/charges where
  59. appropriate) must be sent in all cases. If a necessary duty/tax is not sent,
  60. the order can not be processed.

  62. I would also encourage registrants to please PRINT their registration
  63. requests CLEARLY. We have in the past received several registration requests
  64. that were not legible, especially the e-mail addresses. This is especially
  65. important for low-grade faxes. If we cannot read your details, then it also
  66. follows that we will neither be able to process your registration, nor even
  67. to contact you to inform you of the problem.

  133.    order form back to Software Toolz using the above e-mail address. The 
  134.    MSDOS command to encrypt the order form is: 
  135.         TOTOOLZ <input file> <output file>
  136.    where "input file" is the author's order form which you have filled-out, 
  137.    and   "output file" is the mail message you will send to Software Toolz.

  139. 6. Enclose the author's registration form supplied in the distribution
  140.    archive with the payment.  It contains information the author needs 
  141.    to validate your registration.

  143. 7. Your registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Please be 
  144.    sure to include your email address on the order form.

  146. 8. Please do not ask to be called by telephone. Please do not ask to 
  147.    be faxed information or an order form. The shareware archive contains 
  148.    all the necessary information and forms you need to register.
  149.  
  150. 9. No software support is available from Software Toolz} nor
  151.    can any technical questions concerning the software be answered
  152.    by Software Toolz.

  155.     Expiration date, and Signature (if by FAX or mail)
